Kristie - Treatment Coordinator

My job is to introduce new patients to all the great services and treatments our office has to offer. I love meeting our new patients and getting to know them as they progress through treatment. Our patients are the coolest! My husband's name is Brian, and we have a dog, Matty. When I have free time I enjoy camping, working out, snowshoeing, and spending time with my nieces and nephews.

Often, we must learn that we can live well, without being cured.

Ashley- Treatment Coordinator/Dental Hygienist

I assist Dr. Carlson on the treatment floor; I love working with our patients and seeing their smiles dramatically change! I am also a Treatment Coordinator and I introduce our new patients to our lovely office and awesome staff. My husband's name is Brandon, we have a young daughter named Payton who takes up most of our free time. When we aren't playing hide-and-go-seek or watching Dora the Explorer, we love to get outside, play tennis, and go for family walks. I also love photography and I do weddings and portrait sessions on the weekends.

I do the insurance billing and make financial arrangements for our patients.

I love working with Dr. Carlson because I learn something new every day. Our team is great to work with and we all love getting to know each and every patient that comes into the office. My husband's name is Terry and we have two children, Jayce and Ailie, and a dog named Sadie. In my free time I enjoy camping and fishing, and baking my award-winning banana bread and caramel rolls.

Beth - Imaging Coordinator/Certified Dental Assistant

I take care of records and X-rays, work with molds, and take other diagnostic scans for Dr. Carlson. My favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing our patients' smiles change over a two-year time period and the excitement when the braces come off. I love talking with the patients and getting to know them and their families during their time with us. My husband's name is Jim and we have two children, Justin and Ryan, two cats, and three dogs. I enjoy bear hunting, pool tournaments, and spending time in the outdoors.

Sasha Greenwood - Dental Assistant

I assist Dr. Carlson with patients and always make sure that they are comfortable and their questions are answered. I love meeting new people, so working in orthodontics is really great! Our team creates a fun environment, both for us and our patients. When I have free time I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my sister, Serina, and my cat, Izzy Stevens.
